Analysis
With step-by-step instructions and templates, you analyze your current situation through Stakeholder Analysis, Impact Analysis, and External Analysis. That forms the basis on which you build your strategy.
Strategy
You write your Sustainability Strategy based on the knowledge and information you have gathered and the strategic tools you receive. The strategy simplifies sustainability reporting according to GRI.
Action Plan
When the Sustainability Strategy is complete, you will create an Action Plan for how it will be implemented, including what to prioritize in the short and long term.
Communication Plan
You'll learn how to communicate sustainability in a skillful way to avoid greenwashing and greenhushing. You also create a Communication Plan to communicate the strategy to your stakeholders.
